§ 18.08.130. Permit term.

  • Except as may be modified pursuant to Section 18.08.110, all approved permits shall be valid for a term not to exceed three water years from the date of the issuance of the permit, as determined by the approving body; however, if the permit is for extraction as part of a conjunctive use program that has been approved by the board the permit shall not exceed the length of the term of that program. For the purpose of calculation, the water year in which the permit is granted shall not be counted in determining the three year time period if less than four months remain in the water year at the time of final permit approval.
