§ 17.28.040. Uses requiring a use permit.

The following uses are permitted in the I-R district if a use permit is issued:

Animals in numbers exceeding those permitted in Section 17.28.020 (B)(1);

B.

Dog kennel;

C.

Group foster home;

D.

Golf courses;

E.

Wholesale nursery or greenhouse;

F.

Commercial riding stable or riding academy;

G.

Church.
