§ 17.02.485. Restrictive flood district (also, special flood hazard area).

"Restrictive flood district," also "special flood hazard area," means the land in the floodplain subject to a one percent chance of flooding in any given year and shown on a FHBM or FIRM as Zone A, AO, A1-A30, AE or AH.
