§ 17.02.470. Residential facility for the elderly.

"Residential facility for the elderly" means a facility for residents that are sixty years of age or older or are handicapped. Care may include laundry, dietary and nursing services provided nursing services are available no more than eight hours in a twenty-four-hour period. General plan residential densities shall apply.
