§ 17.02.450. Residence, one-family.

"One-family residence" means a detached building containing a single dwelling unit, including a mobile home certified under the National Mobile Home Construction and Safety Act of 1974 that complies with all provisions of this code and the county development standards applicable to mobile homes installed on foundation systems and that would be defined as a mobile home if not installed on a foundation system.
