§ 17.02.355. Manufactured home.

"Manufactured home" means a structure, transportable in one or more sections, designed and equipped to contain and be used as a dwelling unit, containing more than three hundred twenty square feet of floor space, which is placed on a permanent perimeter foundation. If not placed on a permanent foundation the manufactured home is defined as a mobile home as set forth in Section 17.02.365.
