§ 17.02.175. Day care home, small.

  • "Small day care home" means a home which regularly provides nonmedical care, protection and supervision for six or fewer children, for a period of less than twenty-four hours per day, while parents or guard ians are away. "Children" includes the children of the licensee under the age of ten, and all other children under the age of eighteen.
